This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be canceled or modified, and the conditions for refunds. Pls. Ensure that all your queries Are in writing by email /whatsapp for reference purposes/No oral discussions shall prevail.
1. Reservations cancelled 5 (Five) days prior to the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation charge.
2. Reservations cancelled 3 (three) days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
3. No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 72 hrs (within 3 days) of the scheduled check-in time/date.
4. No date changes or refunds will be accommodated for stays during the Diwali Season (dates set by management), Christmas & New Years (20th Dec – 5th Jan), Pongal Season Jan 10 to 18, Indian Premiar League ( IPL cricket in chennai) (or any long weekends or public holidays, regardless of bookings made 15 days in advance or more.
5. Any applicable refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 working days and will be issued through UPI or Bank transfers exclusively.
