1. Any of the genders would include the other two genders.
2. Natural persons include created entities (corporate and unincorporated)
3. Invitee shall mean any person who is not residing at Metro Residency.com but has been invited by a guest(s) residing at Metro Residency.com.
4. Guest (s) is any person residing at Metro Residency.com and is at least of 18 years of age. In addition any invitee visiting the residing guest is considered as signing the terms and conditions at the time of his visit to Metro Residency.com.
5. Check-in time is 01:00 pm & Check-out time is 11:00 pm. If guests need access to rooms before 01:00 pm, the management needs to be well informed about early Check-in and a late Check-out. Last minute amendment may call for an extra charge.
6. Every guest(s) agree to pay Metro Residency.com 100% in advance, the room rate as determined by the Hotel/Guest House /Resort for the period of residence.
7. Every guest(s) agrees to pay the Hotel/Guest House /Resort no later than the time of departure (unless is in written from the management) any food, beverage, any other commodity, service charges and /or any other such state or central taxes and levies payable by the guest(s) to Metro Residency.com as determined by the Hotel/Guest House /Resort.
8. Every guest(s) is liable to pay for the damages caused to Metro Residency.com on account of any act, omission or negligence of the guest(s).
9. Every guest must acknowledge that the room rates may be subject to change without prior notice.
10. Metro Residency.com management reserves right to admission.

Every guest(s) acknowledges on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party or his invitees of the guest(s) are fully aware of and appreciate the real dangers and risks that are associated with residing at Metro Residency.com considering the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects and the attendant real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and or loss to property which may arise as a result of encounter with the above mentioned presence of animals whilst on the premises or property of Metro Residency.com.
2. Every guest(s) acknowledges on his behalf and on the behalf of his accompanying party including any minors who may be a part of the accompanying party are well acquainted, fully aware of the arboreal nature of the structure of the residence, public areas and rooms at Metro Residency.com and the risk involved in living in such structures which are at a height of 25-30 feet above ground and the attendents real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and or loss to property which may arise in the event of careless and/or reckless behaviour on part of the guest(s) or invitees while residing at Metro Residency.com.
3. Every guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees here by waive all claims or claim of whatsoever cause or nature howsoever arising and hereby indemnifies and continues to indemnify and hold harmless and free, Metro Residency.com/management, their owners, directors, associates, partners, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of Metro Residency.comand fellow guest/invitee from any and all claims of whatsoever cause or nature by the guest(s) / or his accompanying party and/or invitees or by the spouse, common lawfull wife, children, weather minor or adult, or relatives and/or authorised representatives of the guest(s) or his accompanying part / or his invitees, for any harm, injuruy, death, or loss suffered by the guest(s), accompanying party /or invitees while on Metro Residency.comand weather arising from an act or omission on part of those hereby indemnified on anyone of them.
4. Every guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees understand that in the event of an injury Metro Residency.com may at its discretion and without prejudice and without admission of liability arrange and pay for emergency medical treatment for and on behalf of any guest(s) along with his/her accompanying party and his invitees the same shall not however amount to admission of liability on the part of the owners/directors of Metro Residency.com, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected weather directly or indirectly with the running of Metro Residency.com.
5. Cancellations: in the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy listed in our website separately.
6. Jurisdiction: In the matter of enforcement of any rights or remedies hereunder, in pursuance of this terms and Conditions, the courts of Chennai alone shall have jurisdictions.
Every guest(s) on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party or his invitees of the guest(s) on signing this Terms of Residence, warrants that he has read and understood and is duly authorized to sign and bind himself, his principle, as well as each and every guest in his accompanying party including invitees (if any), to this terms and conditions of residence; and failing such authority, the signing guest(s) agrees to be personally liable to pay for the residence of guest in his accompanying party including invitees (if any) and/or for any claim or claims of whatsoever nature that may arise against the owners/operators of the Hotel/Guest House /Resort, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of the Hotel/Guest House /Resort and/or fellow guests/invites which might have arisen out of harm, injury, death, or loss suffered whilst on the premises or property of the Hotel/Guest House /Resort and whether arising from an act or omission on the part of the owners/operators of the Hotel/Guest House /Resort, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected whether directly or indirectly with the running of the Hotel/Guest House /Resort. These terms and conditions are required to be agreed to by the Signing Guest(s) and/or his/her authority at the time of booking.
